Everything you need to know about FlowNexus
Yes. FlowNexus is in pre-launch — meaning we are not yet publicly selling — but the platform is real and exercised in pre-launch use.
Our public roadmap classifies every capability honestly into four tiers:
Q2 2026: Founding Customer Program — limited to 5 organizations who help shape priorities.
Q3 2026: General availability for service companies, MSPs, and facilities operators.
Waitlist members receive priority access and exclusive build updates throughout development.
FlowNexus ships an AI assistant that plans then takes action. Unlike read-only chatbots, the assistant can create, update, and transition work orders, customers, projects, devices, vendors, schedules, and more — across a wide range of operations.
You always confirm before anything happens. What the assistant can do depends on your role — a technician can do technician things, an admin can do admin things, and the platform refuses operations outside your authority.
Available on web and mobile (Beta tier today).
Pricing details will be announced in Q3 2026, closer to general availability.
Key difference: unlike small-business FSM platforms ($49–$125 per external seat) and vertical FSM suites ($200–$350 per technician per month), FlowNexus includes unlimited vendor technicians and independent technicians at no per-seat cost.
Founding Customer Program members receive preferential pricing locked in for the first year.
No. This is FlowNexus's defining commercial decision.
Traditional FSM platforms charge per-seat for every external technician. If you work with 50 vendors, that is an extra $2,500–$6,000 per month — $30,000–$72,000 per year — just to let them log in.
FlowNexus includes all vendor technicians and independent contractors in your base subscription. Add 10 vendors or 1,000 vendors — same price.
Yes — a real native app for iOS and Android. Native maps, dark theme, accessibility tested, keeps working when signal drops.
Field-ready out of the box: site check-in, on-site exception logging, deliverable slots, marketplace request and counter-offer with pricing, AI assistant that knows your role, location, and schedule.
The mobile app deliberately does not mirror the entire web admin surface — web remains the admin canvas. Tier today: Beta.
FlowNexus is the only platform that combines a private vendor network and an open marketplace inside the same field service platform. Publish a work order with one click; the platform identifies qualified recipients (skill, distance, availability) and notifies them in-app and by email.
Technicians can express interest or counter-offer — schedule and price, both directions, fully working today. You assign manually today (Beta), and automatic selection by capacity, proximity, and skill match is In Development.
Limited to 5 organizations, the Founding Program offers:
Applications close when 5 slots are filled.
Yes, two ways:
Native turnkey connectors for popular accounting, CRM, ITSM, and ticketing tools are on the roadmap. Today, those flows ride on the included automation layer.
Yes — FlowNexus is built from day one to serve multiple customers from a single account.
Operations, customers, vendors, and technicians each have their own context, with the right access enforced everywhere. Each customer's data stays fully separate; vendors can serve multiple service companies without any cross-leakage; technicians have one identity that travels with them.
Built specifically for MSPs, telecom operators, facilities companies, and retail chains.
Currently In Development. The pricing foundation — rate cards, per-job pricing snapshots, and cost capture (labor / travel / material / penalty) — is Live today. The in-platform settlement and invoicing UI for vendors and customers is in active build, and card payments inside the platform are on the roadmap.
You can capture every billable cost today; you'll be able to settle, invoice, and collect inside the platform shortly.
Production-grade controls:
All plans include: email support, in-app chat, a knowledge base, API documentation, and the AI assistant itself as on-demand help.
The Founding Customer Program includes dedicated implementation support and priority escalation.
